Cloisonne Hard Enamel medal
The high luster and durability of Cloisonné is an ancient art that requires meticulous hand-crafted detailing. Your custom designed pin is hand-filled with colored cloisonné pastes and then kiln-fired at very high temperatures. After firing, each medals is hand-polished and plated resulting in an exquisite piece of jewelry.
Soft Enamel medals
These medals offer brilliant color and fine, raised metal detailing. The recessed areas of your custom designed medals are hand-enameled and then kiln-fired. Each pin is hand-polished and then plated. The end result-a truly outstanding product at a very affordable price.
High Polished medals
Fine detailing and high-quality finishing gives these pins a "jewelry-quality" appearance and high perceived value-without the high cost. The appearance of your custom die struck medals is characterized by sandblasted backgrounds with raised-relief areas that have been highly polished.
Antique medals
The antique process offers enhanced detail and contrast. Each medal is plated with an antique finish of your choice and then the dark raised areas are polished off leaving them lighter while the recessed background areas remain dark.
Cast medals
The casting process is perfect for "cut-out" style letters or designs that exhibit a 3-dimensional quality. Your custom cast medals is available in either a bright or antique finished surface. Further enhancement options might also include adding brilliant enamel colors.
Offset Printed medals
The offset printing process offers full-color reproduction with outstanding detail and accuracy. This process produces a medal that is an exact reproduction of your photograph or full-color artwork. Each medal is applied with a clear epoxy finish to protect its surface
